I had a wonderful stay at the hotel due to its peaceful rooms built nearly 15 years ago, which were very comfortable and spacious. The friendly and English-speaking staff made me feel right at home. The location was perfect with direct bus access from Incheon Airport and easy subway connections for exploring Seoul. The dining options were excellent with a variety of Asian and Western choices, although a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, especially the Lotte market located on B2. The only downside was the cold room temperature.
